Privacy Policy

Account details: your verified mobile number, name, and optional email.

Booking data: venues, slots, amounts, and receipts for bookings you make.

Device & usage data: app version, device type, and approximate location (only if you allow it) to show turfs near you.

To operate the service: confirming bookings, issuing receipts, processing refunds, and sending you booking updates. To improve discovery: showing nearby venues and relevant slots. We send promotional messages only on channels you've enabled in Notification Settings.

Venue owners see the name on bookings made at their ground — never your full contact details. Payments are handled by a regulated payment gateway; we never store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

Location access is optional. It's used only to detect your city and sort venues by distance. You can deny it and select your area manually — every feature still works.

Your session and identity are stored encrypted on your device and in transit. We keep booking records for as long as your account is active, and as required for tax and dispute obligations after that.

You can edit your profile, change notification channels, or delete your account from the Profile tab at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data per our retention policy; completed transaction records may be retained where the law requires it.
