How do I book a court?
Simply search for a venue, choose your sport and time slot, then complete your payment. You’ll get an instant confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking, through a regulated payment gateway. MyGameBooking never sees your card or bank details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Every venue shows its cancellation terms before you pay, and the refund you would get is shown again before you confirm a cancellation, so it is never a surprise.
Is there a fee for last-minute changes?
There is no fee to change plans, but the refund depends on how close to the slot you cancel: the closer to game time, the smaller the refund, exactly as the venue’s terms state.
